Statement of Vacation Rental Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise which prevent you from keeping your reservation. If within 10 days of making your reservation we are notified of your cancellation by phone, 805-773-0119, Toll Free 800-996-1225, FAX 805-1394 or email, pismo4rent@yahoo.com all payments will be refunded except the $30 non-refundable reservation fee. 

After 10 days of making your reservation and prior to your arrival, the following cancellation fees will be charged:

More than 30 days prior to your arrival: $100.00 cancellation fee plus $30 reservation fee for a total of $130.

29 to 15 days prior to your arrival: $300.00 cancellation fee plus $30 reservation fee for a total of $330.

14 days prior to your arrival: Full rental amount plus reservation fee of $30.

Please note: the occupant named on the contract will forfeit his or her right to return of the $300 security deposit for any or all of the following as stated in our vacation rental contract:

Paragraph 4: Unauthorized guests (unnamed occupants)

Paragraph 7: Security Deposit return policy

Paragraph 10: Additional cleaning fees

Paragraph 11: Pets discovered on premises

Paragraph 12: No smoking allowed on premises

Paragraph 21: No assignment or subletting

Pismo Property Management, Inc. reserves the right to change any of the above policies/fees at any time without further notice. By completing your reservation you are agreeing to all the terms of the cancellation policy in effect on that date.
