Monarch Butterfly Grove

When the butterflies are in season, it`s a fascinating spectacle! Volunteer docents provide great information. There is a mile long boardwalk next to the beach which runs adjacent to the butterfly grove. The grove isn`t large - maybe 2 acres, but it`s beautiful & free!

The San Luis Obispo Children`s Museum

The Children`s Museum inspires learning through play by offering a rich environment of more than 30 interactive exhibits. Guests are able to actively explore, investigate and create through educational exhibits, programs and outdoor learning environments.
